Straight people don’t get to determine whether their actions were homophobic.

Straight people don’t get to determine whether their actions were homophobic.

Straight people don’t get to determine whether their actions were homophobic.

STRAIGHT PEOPLE DON’T GET TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEIR ACTIONS WERE HOMOPHOBIC.

Straight people can determine that their -intentions- weren’t homophobic, and apologize if their -actions- were unintentionally homophobic. But they don’t get to determine whether their actions were homophobic in the first place.

@overcaffinatedravenpuff gets it.

You can do something homophobic without being a pitchfork-wielding homophobe who wants all of us to burn. Even allies do homophobic things sometimes by mistake when they just want to help us.

If your actions unintentionally harmed someone, just say “I’m sorry, I’ll try not to do that again,” and it’s all good.

What you don’t do is say, “You’re wrong. You’re stupid/overreacting/I have gay friends so nothing I say is ever homophobic.”

THAT’S A WRAP on the TLOP pilot episode

Sometimes improvisation is too much

Re-Introducing MILO as Hopscotch!

Milo the Dog will portray Quinn’s K9 friend as they traverse the apocalypse together.

Milo Lohof was born in Pátzcuaro, Mexico in 2015.

At the tender age of seven months, he was involved in an accident that would change his life forever.

After being badly hurt, he was saved by his faithful friend Winnie Lohof who brought him back to the United States.

Due to an infection in his front right leg, he had to have his leg amputated. Through tender love and care, Milo was able to make a full recovery.

He enjoys chasing squirrels, riding in the car with his human, listening to punk music, and cuddling up early in the morning.

Milo is excited to work with the cast and crew in his first ever on screen appearance as Hopscotch.
